About Us

Youth Skills is a South African youth development organisation committed to building resilient, work-ready young people through practical skills training, workplace learnerships and career guidance. Founded with the belief that opportunity + training = transformation, our programmes connect learners with industry partners, accredited training providers and employers across sectors.

Our mission To empower South African youth (18–35) with the practical skills, workplace experience and professional support they need to build sustainable careers.

What we do

  • Design and manage learnerships, workplace-based training and short skills programmes.
  • Partner with MOST, employers and training providers to offer accredited qualifications.
  • Provide application support, career coaching and CV preparation for candidates.
  • Publish verified, up-to-date opportunities in learnerships, internships, and bursaries.

Our team & partners Youth Skills is run by a small, experienced team of training coordinators, careers advisors and administration staff.
