These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Youth Skills website (https://www.youthskills.co.za). By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility Services and programmes are primarily for residents of South Africa. Eligibility for specific opportunities (age, qualifications, residency) is set out in each vacancy or programme listing.
2. Use of the website You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Upload harmful content (viruses, malware).
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
3. Applications and recruitment Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Employers and partners are responsible for their own selection, screening and appointment decisions. Youth Skills acts as a facilitator and is not the employer unless explicitly stated.
4. Intellectual property All site content, logos and materials are owned by or licensed to Youth Skills. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
5. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Youth Skills will not be liable for: indirect, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, or any damage resulting from your use of the site or reliance on information provided on the site. Our aggregate liability is limited to the extent required by law.
